Yes. We need your contact details to deliver your purchases and provide updates.
3. Is registration free?
Absolutely! Registration is free; you only pay for the products you purchase.
4. How long is my registration valid?
Once registered, your account remains valid indefinitely.
5. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on “Forgot Password” at the login page. A reset link will be sent to your registered email ID.
6. How can I update my account details?
Log in to CROSETTA.COM → Go to “My Account” → Update your profile.
7. How do I unsubscribe from promotional emails?
Log in → Go to “My Account” → Update your email preferences.

8. What categories do you offer?
We offer fashion for men and women—apparel, shoes, accessories—featuring top brands and CROSETTA’s in-house label.
9. How do I determine my size?
Each category includes a detailed size chart with US, UK, and EU conversions.
10. Are the products covered under warranty/guarantee?
If a manufacturer offers a warranty, it will be mentioned on the product page.
11. Can I add more products to an order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, no. Please place a new order for additional items.
12. Why do product prices vary?
Prices vary due to brand guidelines, promotions, and inventory cycles. Prices may change with each new stock batch or during sales.
Orders & Tracking
13. I placed an order but it doesn’t show in ‘My Account’. Why?
There may be a delay due to high traffic. Please wait a few minutes for your order to appear.
14. Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order. Go to “My Account” → Select the order → Click “Cancel Order.”
15. Can I cancel a partial or exchange order?
Yes. Cancel confirmed exchange orders through “My Account.” Contact customer care to cancel on-hold exchanges.
16. Why was my order cancelled?
Occasionally, orders are cancelled if products fail final quality checks.
17. How can I track my order?
Log into “My Account” and use the tracking link once your order is shipped.
18. What is the delivery time?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days post dispatch.
19. What if I’m not available during delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to three times. Missed deliveries are returned to our warehouse.
20. Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
No. Place separate orders for different delivery addresses.

International Orders: ₹2000 (non-refundable)

22. Do you deliver internationally?
Yes! We currently ship within India only. Once it reaches the country crosetta is not responsible for custom clearance or responsibility of complying with the laws as handover this part to our logistics partner.
23. Why is tax charged?
GST is levied as per government regulations and is included in the product price.

No. Multiple vouchers cannot be used together.

No. Exclusions include sale items, watches, innerwear, loungewear, and beauty products.

Ensure product is unused and in original packaging.
32. How do I exchange a product?
Follow the same steps as returns, but select “Exchange” as your reason.
